REFUND POLICY

At The Rack, we stand behind every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Email us at burton@therackenterprises.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Costs

- If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size: you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

- If the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item: we will email you a prepaid return label at no charge to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Size Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to available inventory. Email us at burton@therackenterprises.com before sending anything back and we will get the right size reserved for you.

Final Sale Items

Limited-edition and commemorative releases are final sale and are not eligible for return unless the item is defective.
