Shipping policy
<p><strong>Processing Time</strong> All orders are hand-fulfilled and shipped from Apex, North Carolina. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and packaged before it ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our hands.</p>

<p><strong>Carriers</strong> We ship via USPS and select the best available service for your location and order size. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.</p>
<p><strong>Order Tracking</strong> Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.</p>
<p><strong>Shipping Address</strong> Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or circumstances outside our control, but we will always do everything we can to make it right.</p>
<p><strong>International Shipping</strong> We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be announced when available.</p>
